Weekly Flow

  1. Term 1 Week 10: confirm a feasible SAT idea, identify the client and intended users, and begin the brief and Gantt chart.
  2. Term 2 Week 1: submit Block 1, then set up the data-collection methods for Block 2.
  3. Term 2 Week 2: collect real evidence and draft the context diagram, DFD and use case diagram.
  4. Term 2 Week 3: submit Block 2, then extract requirements, constraints and scope ready for the SRS.
  5. Term 2 Week 4: draft the full SRS in a professional structure.
  6. Term 2 Week 5: submit Block 3, then generate two to three genuinely different design ideas and begin the evaluation table.
  7. Term 2 Week 6: submit Block 4, choose the preferred design and begin the detailed design package.
  8. Term 2 Week 7: submit Block 5 and the full Unit 3 Outcome 2 folio.
  9. Term 2 Week 8 onward: carry the editable Gantt chart, evaluation criteria and detailed design package into Unit 4.
