Do These Steps In Order

  1. Extract user characteristics, technical environment details, requirements, constraints and scope from the Block 2 evidence.
  2. Set up the SRS structure correctly before drafting.
  3. Write the identified problem, need or opportunity section, users and stakeholders, and technical environment.
  4. Write the functional requirements, non-functional requirements, constraints and scope clearly and precisely.
  5. Insert the analytical tools and organise the appendices so the SRS reads like a professional document.
  6. Finalise and submit Block 3, then move into generating and evaluating different design ideas.
