- Extract user characteristics, technical environment details, requirements, constraints and scope from the Block 2 evidence.
- Set up the SRS structure correctly before drafting.
- Write the identified problem, need or opportunity section, users and stakeholders, and technical environment.
- Write the functional requirements, non-functional requirements, constraints and scope clearly and precisely.
- Insert the analytical tools and organise the appendices so the SRS reads like a professional document.
- Finalise and submit Block 3, then move into generating and evaluating different design ideas.
