Unit 2 Overview

Unit 2 extends Applied Computing into collaborative innovation and cyber security. The two areas of study continue to use the problem-solving methodology while broadening the course into emerging technologies, networks and protection strategies.

Outcomes

• Outcome 1: collaborate to identify a problem, need or opportunity and analyse, design, develop and evaluate an innovative solution.
• Outcome 2: respond to a case study by examining a cyber security incident or network vulnerability, evaluating threats, and proposing protection strategies.
